Alex is a multi-disciplined business leader, with experience in creating, expanding and leading sales organisations within the UK & UAE. For the last decade, he has exclusively specialised in Property Investment.
Before founding The Prestbury Advisory, Alex was a board member and director of a major UK property investment consultancy, delivering over £250m of property sales, from over 1200 transactions.
With a career spanning Oil & Gas, Banking and more recently Property, underpinned by a first-class degree in Investment & Financial Management, Alex brings a wealth of academic and practical experience to our investor community
Alistair McGovern
With over 15 years of marketing experience, with expertise in brand development, strategic marketing and integrated campaign delivery, Alistair has a proven track record of building brand awareness and developing communication strategies that drive business growth.
His extensive experience has established him as a leading marketing professional, with a personable approach to connect with clients worldwide.
As Marketing Director at The Prestbury Advisory, Alistair leads the company's marketing functions, ensuring the brand continues to evolve while maintaining the highest standards.
